By accessing or using the IPTV Canada service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of our IPTV service across Canada.

2. Service Description

IPTV Canada provides Internet Protocol Television streaming services to subscribers in Canada. Our service includes access to live television channels, video on demand content, and related features as described in your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is available through various subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and yearly). Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our IPTV service in compliance with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use within your household.

6. Device Connections

The number of simultaneous device connections is determined by your subscription plan. Exceeding the allowed number of connections may result in service interruption. You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet the minimum requirements for streaming.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance.

8. Content

Channel lineups and content availability may vary and are subject to change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of specific channels or content. Our channel list is provided as a general guide and may be updated based on content provider agreements.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are applied on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
