Question 1

What is IPTV?

Accepted Answer

IPTV delivers television through an internet connection. You need an active subscription, a compatible player and a stable network.

Question 2

How do subscriptions and durations work?

Accepted Answer

Choose Basic for one month, Max for 12 months or Max+ for 24 months. After activation, use the supplied credentials in your compatible player. Duration is separate from the number of simultaneous screens.

Question 3

Which devices can I use?

Accepted Answer

Compatible IPTV players are available for Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows and Mac. App availability depends on your device model. See our device guide before ordering.

Question 4

How do multi-screen plans work?

Accepted Answer

Duo supports two simultaneous streams, Family supports three and Premium supports four. Each runs for 12 months. Select a multi-screen plan when several household members want to watch at once.

Question 5

What internet connection should I use in BC?

Accepted Answer

Use a stable broadband connection and allow extra capacity for every simultaneous stream. Resolution, Wi-Fi interference and other internet use affect performance. Ethernet can help a fixed TV; check data allowances if your internet plan is capped.

Question 6

How do I install the service?

Accepted Answer

Install a compatible IPTV player, enter the credentials supplied after activation and load the programme guide. Check the device guide for setup steps and contact support if your model needs assistance.

Question 7

How can I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Email contact@iptvmax.ca with your device model, player app and a description of the issue. Never send payment-card details or passwords.
