    • The service is completely non-functional and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your initial report.

    4. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • The refund request is made after the 24-hour trial period for first-time subscribers.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until that date. No refunds are provided for the remaining unused portion of the current billing cycle.

    8. Chargebacks
